ECD Hockey School

East Coast Development Hockey School is a fun and fast-paced 5 day program focused to improving each players' competitive edge. Our skilled coaches have come together from some of the best Maryland youth hockey organizations to push your player out of their comfort zone and maximize individual development in a weeks time.

Hockey School Description

Mon, July 29th - Fri, August 2nd

10 On-Ice Sessions (70 Mins 2X a Day)

5 Hockey IQ Sessions (30 Mins a Day)

5 Off-Ice Sessions (1 Hr a Day ) - Stretch, Core Workout, Cardio, Strength Training, Team Building

5 Dryland Sessions (30 Mins a Day) - Shooting, Footwork, Stick Handling, Body Contact, Outdoor Competitions

Practice jersey included with registration

Group 1: Mites & Squirts (2017 - 2014 Skaters & Goalies)

Group 2: Peewees - Midgets (2013 - 2006 Skaters & Goalies)

*Players are grouped by age at time of registration and consideration for group changes will be made based on players' ability levels and at our instructors' discretion.

**Lunch is not provided. Players will need to bring a bag lunch, snack and water bottle each day.

***Players should plan for outdoor activities with an appropriate change of clothes, footwear, hat/sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.
